Shipping policy

Regarding Shipping to Japan Customs duties will be borne by our company. In principle, shipments will be made from Hong Kong, but in some cases, they may be shipped from within Japan. In either case, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping Method The shipping method will be designated by our shop, and as a rule, customers cannot choose the method themselves.

Delivery Time Generally, items will arrive within 2–5 days after shipment is completed. (For remote islands and similar locations, additional days may be required.) Please check the tracking number provided in the email sent after shipment.

Damage During Shipping We take great care during packaging to ensure that the outer box does not become dented or scratched before shipment. However, once handed over to the delivery company, there is a possibility of trouble or damage occurring during transportation due to the responsibility of the carrier. We kindly ask for your understanding that minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect product use are acceptable.
