In-Stock Items (Ready to Ship)
For in-stock items, returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item is unused, unworn, and in new condition.
• All accompanying packaging and certificates are intact.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not issued.

Return Process
If you wish to make a return, please contact us via our inquiry page within 7 days of receiving your item. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Ring Resizing
We offer ring resizing services to ensure your ring fits your finger beautifully.
• The first resizing is free of charge (up to ±2 sizes).
• Some designs may not be resizable; please inquire beforehand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of arrival. We will respond promptly and sincerely.
